Raw hair is sourced directly from individual donors, meaning each bundle is unique in color, texture, and density. These natural variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Our Raw Curly bundles come from donors with naturally tight curl patterns and are never steam-processed. Each bundle reflects the donor’s real curl pattern and may vary slightly in coil tightness, color, and density.

What Customers MUST Understand:

• Raw curly hair is not uniform — each donor’s curl pattern is unique.
• Some bundles may appear tighter or looser; this is normal for raw hair.
• Raw curly hair requires consistent moisture, detangling, and curl-enhancing products.
• Natural tapering is expected and is not a defect.
• Bundles are around 100g and may appear smaller when curled (because curls shrink).

Longevity: 3–5+ years

Styling: Wet to revive curls, use curl cream, define as desired.
