Refund policy
By completing checkout, the buyer acknowledges and agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under these terms, including but not limited to shipping delays, dissatisfaction with texture, or misunderstanding of raw hair characteristics.
EAZ Luxe maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. Shipping estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers are not breaches of contract. Customers agree to these terms prior to purchase and acknowledge that no cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be permitted once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping.
Refunds/Returns are accepted only if order is recorded upon arrival and all items are still intact, unaltered. This must be approved and confirmed by EAZ Luxe. No dyes, bleaching, cutting or styling may have been done for hair item to be acceptable as a return. The item(s) must be in original packaging. This is to ensure EAZ Luxe as full responsibility. If there have been any alterations, EAZ Luxe is no longer accountable.
All refund or exchange requests must be submitted via email within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, lace uncut, and in original condition. Failure to submit a request in writing within this time frame forfeits eligibility for review.

Disputes filed outside of this policy may be contested using this agreement and your acceptance at checkout.
EAZ Luxe has a strict no refund policy. We only accommodate orders that have been incorrectly produced by our team. Once a final sale item is received, there are no refunds/returns applicable.
Returns are granted at the expense and approval of EAZ Luxe only.
If an order shows high risk or has any complications, we will reach out to verify required Information. This is to ensure honest transactions at our store. If order is not verified within 24 hours of us reaching out, Order will be refunded with a 5% restocking fee. No exceptions
EAZ Luxe has up to 30 business days to fufill orders before they are void, unless approved for more.
EAZ Luxe has up to 30 business days to complete and distribute orders that are not in stock, Orders have to be processed and produced by single donors as their are available.
In cases where EAZ Luxe accommodates substitutions or adjustments to expedite delivery, the order remains final and subject to the same no-cancellation, no-refund policy once processing has begun

EAZ Luxe will contest all such claims using this agreement, proof of delivery, product photos, and customer acceptance logs recorded at checkout.

Raw hair is sourced directly from individual donors, meaning each bundle is unique in color, texture, and density. These natural variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.
