Shipping policy

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Standard processing times are 7-15 business days. For items on hand, processing times are 1-4 business days.

  • Shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or high demand do not qualify for refunds.

  • Orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery is considered successful once the tracking is marked “delivered.”

    Orders valued over $300 may require signature confirmation upon delivery for verification and protection against theft or loss.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or delivery refusal will require a new shipping fee to be resent.

    Custom & Pre-Ordered Items
    All custom or pre-ordered items are made-to-order and begin processing after payment. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

    • Production and shipping times may vary and are subject to delays outside of our control.

    • You are not entitled to a refund, cancellation, or dispute once production has started.

    • Disputes filed outside of this policy may be contested using this agreement and your acceptance at checkout.

Estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer


Once an order has been processed and shipped, EAZ Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost, or misrouted packages caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).


Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Incorrect or insufficient addresses may result in delivery failure, return-to-sender, or loss of package.


In the event a package is lost in transit, a claim must be filed and approved through the shipping carrier and/or shipping insurance provider before any refund or replacement can be issued. This process is handled externally and may take additional time.


Refunds or replacements are not issued until claims are fully resolved and approved.

On Hand orders can be dropped off or picked up same day

On Hand products are to be announced and posted frequently 

On Hand products require 1 day processing for shipping

Express Shipping is available at your disposal, please contact beforehand for verification 

Specific items do have shipping info listed before ordering, please donnot neglect

We are not responsible for any carrier shipping delays. Final delivery date is determined by mail carrier and is out of EAZ Luxe control.
